Marketing Director - Outbound

Permanent employee, Full-time · London, US

About The Role and Team
As Marketing Director – Outbound, you will be responsible for building and driving a unified marketing and communications strategy across platforms, partners, and audiences. You'll work closely with internal thought leaders, product marketing, and business development to bring Quantum Motion’s brand to life and ensure a consistent and compelling external presence.
This is a strategic and hands-on role with cross-functional impact, ideal for a seasoned marketing leader with a strong grasp of technology storytelling, content development, and ecosystem engagement.

In addition to external brand leadership, this role will also shape and deliver internal communications, working closely with HR and senior leadership to maintain a clear and consistent tone of voice, look and feel across all employee-facing channels. You’ll play a central role in enhancing employee engagement, internal alignment, and organisational culture through effective messaging and collaboration tools.

You will also contribute to our digital infrastructure, continuing our efforts to port and redesign our website and helping to build shared tools and platforms that serve both internal and external audiences. This unified approach will ensure brand consistency and functionality across the entire communications ecosystem.
